In addition to the services provided by our outsourced 3rd parties; we also offer a wide range of services included in our flat monthly fee. These services include, but are not limited to:

- Personal Television with Cable Tv

- All bills paid utilities (light, water, gas)
Our housing traditionally involves residents renting shared bedrooms and the use of shared common facilities such as bathrooms, living area, kitchen, and dining area. Individual Private Rooms are also offered.
